Equity Golf memberships are limited to just 275 Members for each course to ensure privacy and walk-on access for Members and their guests. The initiation fee for Equity Family Golf Membership is $140,000. A limited number of invitational, Equity Golf Memberships are being offered to non-residents.

From its dramatic hilltop location, the 90,000 square foot Club Villa complex enjoys commanding views over the spectacular Nicklaus Signature finishing holes framed by the breathtaking Santa Rosa Mountains. In the unique Villa setting, with its collection of separate, distinctive buildings, Members will discover an unsurpassed array of lavish club amenities infused with the casual elegance of rich Tuscan architecture.

Il Forno Trattoria with its dramatic peninsula location, charming indoor, outdoor and garden dining and stunning Wine Cellar is the Desert’s most alluring private bistro. Expansive Ladies’ and Gentlemen’s Locker Rooms have generous lounge facilities, private card rooms, media centers and full dining service. The Golf Shop features an extensive practice facility with a double-ended driving range, short game practice area with a chipping green and a large putting green. The luxurious Spa and Sports Club are scheduled to be started in 2007 and Villa Toscana will comfortably accommodate golf tournaments, Club parties and large Member-sponsored events.

Private Residences

The Sunrise designed homes of Toscana feature the rich design traditions of Italy, Spain and early California. The diverse range of floor plans provides a myriad of home choices from 2,790 to well over 5,400 square feet. These distinguished residences are priced from $1.2 million to more than $2.4 million.
