Experience world-class golf and play where pros and celebrities have played: at the Classic Club, which was the host site of the 2006, 2007, and 2008 Bob Hope Classic. Voted by Golf Digest as one of the “Top Five New Public Courses in the Americas” in 2006, Classic Club has since been ranked No. 8 in California on Golfweek’s list of “America’s Best Courses,” included in Golf Travel Annual’s “Best Places to Play,” listed among Desert Golf’s “Top Ten Best Desert Courses,” and voted as having “Best Golf Course Playing Conditions in Southern California” by Greenskeeper.org. With its three-story, 63,000-square-foot Tuscan-inspired clubhouse and new Bellatrix restaurant, this nationally recognized championship course designed by The Arnold Palmer Design Co. has received rave reviews.
First-class amenities include an award-winning, full-service golf shop featuring such names as Greg Norman, Nike, Adidas, and Travis Mathew. Along with a great selection of men’s and ladies’ apparel, the golf shop offers a full selection of Club Glove travel bags, Titleist and Callaway clubs, and Garb children’s apparel. Golf World Business selected Classic Club’s golf shop for its Top 100 Golf Shop’s list in 2009.
Classic Club offers fine dining with its restaurant Bellatrix, featuring Mediterranean, Asian, and French accents, along with the traditional steak and seafood fare. The restaurant’s wine list is extensive, focusing on a wide array of California chardonnays, pinot noirs, and cabernet sauvignons, with 34 selections offered by the glass.
Bellatrix is open for lunch and dinner and offers a happy hour menu. Guests also can dine at the Classic Grill, which features an array of menu items.
The Classic Grill has something for those who are looking for a casual yet enjoyable dining experience, as well as golfers on the go. Serving breakfast and lunch seven days a week, Classic Grill overlooks a beautiful cascading waterfall and golf course at Classic Club, with views framed by the Little Chocolate Mountains and awe-inspiring vistas.
Entertain your guests in style in our private rooms, banquet facilities, or under the stars by our waterfalls and lakes. Classic Club offers complete indoor and outdoor packages for groups ranging from 10 to 1,000 people, making the clubhouse and golf course the preferred destination for valley residents and visitors. The club offers exceptional services, with experience levels that compare to the best private-club environments around the world.
Classic Club provides a unique opportunity for 501(c)(3) charities, non profit organizations, and educational outlets to host affordable fundraising events throughout the entire year. This is part of Classic Club’s initiative to give back to the community and to “help charities help themselves.”
