Golf Editor Description: Original 9 holes have wide fairways and large trees. Eighteen holes were added around 1970. Course was recently renovated with new bunkers and more water. Terrain varies from rolling to flat. Tif-dwarf greens.

Remarks: On the grounds of the historic Floyd Odlum-Jacqueline Cochran ranch. President Eisenhower was a guest here while writing his memoirs. Oldest public course in the desert. Site of John Jacobs Golf School.
