Golf Editor Description: Three quite different nines, as indicated by their names. All have very wide fairways-up to 100 yards wide from the boundary lines, big mounds and tangled grass in the rough, and very large bunkers, 20 to 35 yards long. Bent greens are of average size, and are undulating. The Mountain nine has marked elevation changes, and the Lake nine is rolling.

Remarks: The Mountain has very few homes, but lots of rocks and ROUGH rough. Pete Dye lived up to his reputation.
