Tommy Bahama, the iconic island lifestyle brand, offers three new cocktails for summer. The refreshing tonics take cues from farmers markets, using the freshest produce available. You can imbibe at Tommy Bahama’s Restaurant & Bar in The Gardens on El Paseo or, with a few easy-to-find ingredients, create them yourself.

TOMMY BAHAMA’S A BERRY PEACHY DAY
2 parts Absolut peach vodka
1/2 part simple syrup
1/2 part scratch sour
3 ripe strawberries, sliced
1 part lemon-lime soda

Muddle strawberries.
Add vodka, syrup, and sour.
Mix and pour over ice.
Add soda.

 
TOMMY BAHAMA’S BRITISH RICKSHAW
1 1/2 parts Hendrick’s gin
3 parts tonic
8 blueberries,  plus 3 for garnish
2 slices fresh ginger

Muddle blueberries and ginger.
Add gin, mix, and strain over ice.
Add tonic and garnish with three blueberries on a skewer.

 
TOMMY BAHAMA’S AY CARAMBA
2 parts Sauza Conmemorativo
1 part Cointreau
2 parts sour mix
1 slice each red and green jalapeño
10 leaves cilantro
1/2 lime

Muddle jalapeño and cilantro in lime juice. Add remaining ingredients. Shake with ice. Pour into a glass with a salted rim.
