Prepare for Changes When Worlds Collide

Uranus and Pluto square off through late October. Expect an upsurge of threats and skirmishes globally, with the potential to radically alter the landscape. Pluto is fronting for the corporations, who stand to gain the most; and Uranus strikes against long-perceived enemies. Unholy alliances have enjoyed a long cycle of escalating power. This squaring off will change our course. For a personal reading, e-mail me at sherrylnova@aim.com.

GEMINI  (May 21-June 20)
Starting on the 11th, it’s Jupiter in your sign for a year. Long believed to be a lucky influence, it creates a time where opportunities are abundant and you experience easy expansion in promising endeavors. Take advantage of travel to broaden your knowledge and create a wider circle of compatriots. International interests are the beginnings of a more global consciousness. Your world is growing. Enjoy the ride and prosper.

CANCER  (June 21-July 22)
New and revived connections seem to have a more spiritual perspective. You are increasingly unwilling to sweat the small stuff and must find deep meaning to stay interested. Those with a tenuous grip on reality are for entertainment purposes only. Be amused, not irritated, and you will be stronger and happier. Home is more important for self-development now than at other times. Create your command central.

LEO  (July 23-Aug. 22)
After a tedious time of much responsibility but limited authority, you deserve a break. Reform is pending. Early stirrings are evident in group and organizational ties. A friend may be the member who shares resources with you. Networking is effortless, and each new connection leads to a better playing field. The friend of a friend can be most important; intimates may be too close to see the solution. Be open and listen.

VIRGO  (Aug. 23-Sept. 22)
Success is simple, but far from easy. Your challenge in the next few months will be to make decisions. A predominance of mutable factors encourages you to wait for more data, try a new system, or take an opinion poll. Playing one faction off another can be disastrous. You think you have made up your mind, but lack of indication (follow through) will weaken you. Your truth will set you free.

LIBRA  (Sept. 23-Oct. 22)
Be careful. Though two entities vie for your attention, they have not elevated much that is important. And your sense of self is so involved. Flattery has run amok, and sweet nothings seem real. Telling them what they want to hear has worked like a charm so far, but everything must change.

SCORPIO  (Oct. 23-Nov. 21)
The guilty-until-proven-innocent crowd can lower their defenses for a spell and enjoy the intellectual banter that perfumes the very air. Make no judgments and simply enjoy all these new concepts for what they are: an interlude of mental growth and release. Edit later. Encourage fresh input. Be tolerant and you effortlessly advance. There is power in withholding, so keep your opinions mute.

SAGITTARIUS  (Nov. 22-Dec. 21)
Worthy vendors, assistants, and support systems have recently put you on the map. Consider elevating selected individuals to alliances with projects that have starting and ending points. Limited (in time) partnerships can be magic, as a temporary agreement will benefit both parties. There may be even more in the future, and short-term involvement can be requalified when the picture gets bigger. Build your empire.

CAPRICORN  (Dec. 22-Jan. 19)
Contractual issues and agreements have slowed forward motion, and there are line items that need revision. Work to bring all factions to a point of agreement on the problems. As soon as you have understanding, a new image of solidarity will begin to balance the efforts and again you are onward and upward. It’s a red-letter month, if all are eventually on the same page. You are close to a breakthrough. Stay on it.

AQUARIUS  (Jan. 20-Feb. 18)
Recent alliances have been exciting, but for now you are the 99 percent perspiration and they are the 1 percent inspiration. Wait a minute — you had it planned the other way around! Now what? By emphasizing the bottom line, you can steer them toward solid involvement by handing them the dream. There’s nothing to lose and all to gain. When passion is shared, all are satisfied. Seduction leads to success. Help them want it.

PISCES  (Feb. 19-March 20)
Dependable situations lose their solidity as associates renege, abandon, and otherwise change their minds. This should not be a problem for you. Be willing to consider radical changes, as new solutions can bring new life. This cycle is not high for commitment, but fresh parameters can boost the level of production. Nature abhors a vacuum. What blows up creates space for the new — and it is filled.

ARIES  (March 21-April 19)
As you provide excellent service to the powers that be, you are developing your own personal power base. Short trips and electronic communications accomplish goals in record time. Siblings and neighbors remind you how close you can be to a big win. Invest in your image through improvements in personal style. An upgrade in how you plug in to the airwaves pays for itself almost immediately. Invest.

TAURUS  (April 20-May 20)
It falls to you to prepare an important presentation. You have the most knowledge and know all the potential players. There are investors ready to go as soon as they grasp the whole concept. You have a unique talent that can be further developed with experience. Only you can create your new job description. Don’t hesitate; the time is right. They are waiting for your input. Fearlessly proceed. Claim your place.
