Planetary Lineup Provides a Good Launch Window

Are you known for your logic and reasoning? If so, there couldn’t be a better month to launch great projects — especially the first two weeks, before Mercury goes retrograde. After the 15th, retrace steps and fill in missing data, all the while patiently focusing on the goal. Sometimes we get cosmically overwhelmed, but this is one of those times when we can see progress. Common sense rules. For a personal reading, e-mail me at sherrylnova@aim.com.

PISCES (Feb. 19-March 20)
The Runes say, “More than doers, we are deciders.” Decision, however, is not a fleeting thought. One must do something irrevocable to activate the new bottom line. Your alligator lips have overcome your hummingbird derriere, and all are waiting for the other shoe to drop. A momentary, wrenchingly painful action lets them know where you stand and that you mean it. The trickle down from putting yourself first will be impressive.

ARIES (March 21-April 19)
You are only as effective as your vendors and subcontractors. Lately, a few new ones have blipped the radar screen. Pay attention. Some have asked what you need, how they can help. Don’t go so fast that you miss these opportunities. When help is suggested, express gratitude and ask for a little time to consider the generous offer. Then think of how this new level of service can contribute.

TAURUS (April 20-May 20)
If there is an area where you have been gritting your teeth and postponing gratification, your restraint is about to pay off. You are your own bank; invest. Those in power desire your services. Put precise values on all types of service, and be firm when quoting rates. By withholding, you will succeed. Be willing to wait as they contemplate your billing. Know you are worth it. Be firm.

GEMINI (May 21-June 20)
A covetous situation — wanting what you cannot have — skulks through your subconscious and slows down forward motion. Woulda, coulda, shoulda is a tempting pastime, but hardly therapeutic. The cosmic consciousness of “I can have it all” has parameters of pure logic. Focus on what can be, not what ought to be. In considering all options, your plate is too full. Delete psychic clutter.

CANCER (June 21-July 22)
Calmly be still and await the right time to act. Though you may appear to be dawdling, become very aware of the action and be ever vigilant to know the time to strike out on your own. Lead your own parade and you attract participants and spectators. All are necessary to assist you in a culmination of the use of your personal systems. Seek a regenerating treatment for a chronic concern, an opportunity to heal.

LEO (July 23-Aug. 22)
Where are the resources? Bill paying is tortuous, as it is all going out. Yet if you considered for a moment the extra expenditures that have outlived their usefulness, you could trim the budget by a healthy percentage. You want more liquidity, and that is possible with a reassessment of current values. Extra cable channels or an extra day of a housekeeper may be better used in another capacity. Personal financial systems strengthen.

VIRGO (Aug. 23-Sept. 22)
You have the 411 for a specific project. You know it hasn’t a prayer without your input. Schedule a meeting with one who can get things done, and explain the process. Work closely with administrative types, so that there is support. In many ways you will be the glue that makes it cohesive, and you will acquire power through gentle suggestion. Mentor types are willing to get involved. Seek opinions, follow advice, and prosper.

LIBRA (Sept. 23-Oct. 22)
Stark reality stands in direct opposition to your well-laid plans. Important contacts disappear into the mist, and progress is two steps back and one forward. You are beginning to see the holes in the fabric. Going back to the drawing board gives Plan B a chance to shine, and enthusiasm is renewed. Some chiefs must step aside to make room for new Indians, as lecture must turn into lab. Apply sensible theories.

SCORPIO (Oct. 23-Nov. 21)
All the common-sense allies are there for you now — no more time-wasting expostulations, as those who haven’t a clue drift away. With a streamlined team, you make progress with a project that depends on your particular talents. Be willing to trim and cut back, as releasing this ballast will encourage speedier sailing. A favor given and received is crucial to your peace of mind and contributes to a secret little smile.

SAGITTARIUS (Nov. 22-Dec. 21)
Overtime efforts are effective. Be willing to invest more time to meet goals. Let go of micromanagement and trust that you have chosen the right people and tools for the job. Let them know that you are confident in your choice of assistance, and then walk away and let them run. It all boils down to your faith in your own structures. Take your hands off, take some time off, and let nature take its course. Consider creative accounting.

CAPRICORN (Dec. 22-Jan. 19)
Wherever you willingly take on responsibility, you will make progress. Expect the best of vendors and assistants, and they will provide much security. Be spare with words and demand action. Your serious attitude will inspire the proper associates. International outlook is simmering. Be ready for a multicultural experience that can increase profit. A significant investment in your overall plan is necessary now; see the end result.

AQUARIUS (Jan. 20-Feb. 18)
Where you find your passion, you will find the deepest motivation. You have not considered the agendas of those close, and seeing the reality of their decisions will change your course. Develop a personal system of life management and live the example. Show its effectiveness in your daily life. Boot camp discipline in an area when you have neglected your soul will restore your mindfulness. Demand alone time of yourself for yourself.
