Gordana Gehlhausen — Project Runway
Desinger Gordana Gehlhausen
Adrianne Bonafede
Gordana Gehlhausen’s Goga line offered a striking feminine look for spring during Project Runway night at Fashion Week El Paseo™ on Wednesday.
Gehlhausen, a season six contestant who was selected for Project Runway All Stars, introduced a romantic collection with a video clip capturing an intimate moment between lovers.
Dior-inspired chiffons in pale pastels opened the segment with a billowy display of feminine dressing, and a translucent lace bodice dress in black was the perfect contrast.
Her collection ended with two cream-colored bridal gowns in opposing silhouettes (one slim and one frothy and full) in keeping with her focus on love and romance.
Gehlhausen, who grew up in a small Serbian Village in Bosnia and was educated in Germany, moved to Atlanta and created a children’s line of clothing, and then moved to Charleston, S.C., where she opened her first GOGA boutique.
