Tom Schmitt is new to the Desert with over 30 years in design and design related fields. He is a custom upholsterer, furniture designer, and furniture fabricator. He has worked with the elite of Detroit as well as other parts of the country. He is a designer’s designer… an upholsterer with a designer’s eye. His project includes fabrics that are remnants from previous projects and items that have been collecting during his travels around the world. This project and category seemed like a perfect time to use them. Tom is confident he has created an outfit that fits the style of Palm Springs.
