Location/Transportation Facts - Year-round, 13-acre resort situated in the heart of Palm Springs. Five minutes from Palm Springs International Airport; complimentary shuttle van to the hotel; 70 miles, 80 minutes from Ontario International Airport; airport bus available.

Accommodations - Ultra-deluxe structure configured in a hollow square, surrounding the courtyard and pool area. Glass-encased atrium lobby with accessibility to our meeting space. 260 accommodations, including 71 suites. All rooms are kings or double-queens with private balconies or patios, on-command remote-control TV, clock radio, refrigerators and hair dryers. Evening turndown and daily newspapers are the standard in season as well as custom amenities. There are 15 rooms on the first floor that are especially equipped for handicapped persons. Non-smoking rooms available. Voice mail, 2-line telephones with data ports. Complimentary coffeemaker in each room.

Dining/Entertainment - 147-seat Terrace Restaurant decorated with lush foliage amid a cool, refreshing Portuguese-tiled fountain. Harvey's Bar, featuring weekday Happy Hour, and Plaza al Fresco feature poolside food and beverage service. MicroCool pool bar.

Services/Facilities/Shops - Full concierge service, valet laundry and dry cleaning. Ice and vending machines. Local tour and theater tickets, air ticket and car rental desk. Baby-sitters and house physician on call. Staff bilingual. Valet parking. Self-service business center.

Recreation/Amusement Facilities - Features heated, outdoor swimming pool, Hydro-Jet pool, complete body spa. Health Club. Full membership privileges at several championship golf courses nearby.

Principal Meeting Facilities, Equipment and Services

General Comments - Eighteen meeting rooms include the Plaza and Horizon ballrooms, the Boardroom, the Oasis rooms, the Palm Canyon Suites, and Whitewater Canyon Suite. The Plaza Ballroom can be divided into four sections, and the Horizon Ballroom can be divided into two sections. All meeting rooms are equipped with individual climate control for heat and air conditioning. Sound, 110V single-phase electricity, multiple electrical/microphone, T1-lines and telephone outlets. Separate entrances and guest registration areas.

Exhibits - The ballrooms can accommodate as many as 74 (8'x10') booths. Direct truck access available.

Meeting Equipment Provided by the Hotel - Installed PA system; portable stages; lecterns with lights; podiums; padded metal stack chairs; blackboards; limited easels; tablets; corkboards; pads, pens, pencils; lobby bulletin board; individualized direction signs; mints. At a charge: portable PA systems; reel and cassette tape recorders/players; phonographs; lecterns, portable and floor microphones; 35mm slide projectors; projection screens; typewriters; duplicating machines.

Meeting Equipment Provided by Local Vendors - Multilingual, simultaneous translation equipment; A/V replacement parts; all projectors; remote-control cords; CCTV equipment; truck/van.
