Location/Transportation Facts - 24-acre, year-round full-service resort with spectacular mountain views. Conveniently located one mile from downtown Palm Springs, four miles from Palm Springs International Airport. Complimentary airport transfers, free parking. One block off Highway 111, three miles from Interstate 10.

Accommodations - Totally renovated in 2003. Eight two and three-story buildings; 476 beautifully appointed guest rooms, including 36 suites. Rooms feature oversized beds, individually controlled A/C, in-room irons and ironing boards, in-room coffee, cable color televisions with in-room movies and AM/FM radios.

Dining/Entertainment - The Grill features California-style and Southwestern lite cuisine, all of which may be served poolside. The Bar offers specialty drinks, dancing and entertainment. Two poolside bars are also available. The Starbucks Espresso Cafe has a tempting selection of muffins, scones, pastries and sandwiches. Enjoy espresso and cappuccino featuring Starbucks special blends.

Note: All meeting space is fully carpeted and draped. Food and beverage service is available in all rooms. Ballroom can accommodate 95 (8'x10') or 75 (10'x10') booths. Ground-level access with (12'x14') door. Desert Conference Center can accommodate 45 (8'x10') booths. An additional seven conference rooms and executive boardroom available.
