Location/Transportation Facts - Beautiful new resort located in Palm Desert, CA. Just off the I-10 freeway and minutes from HWY 111. On the corner of Frank Sinatra Drive and Cook Street. The majority of suites overlook the beautiful Desert Willow Golf course with the picturesque backdrop of the Santa Rosa Mountains. There is complimentary shuttle service up to a five-mile radius of the hotel during service hours.

Accommodations - 130 spacious studio and luxurious two
bedroom suites all with fully equipped kitchens and comfortable living room areas. All rooms have patios with fabulous views of the adjacent luscious golf grounds, mountains or pool. All rooms include a great delicious complimentary breakfast buffet and you can also enjoy an evening hospitality hour with complimentary snacks, beverages and beer & wine. (Monday-Thursday) The grounds are beautifully landscaped throughout the resort, giving the hotel a wonderful home away from home feeling during your entire stay.

Services/Facilities/Shops - Offering a full service concierge staff to assist you with reservations at restaurants, golf, tennis, spa, balloon rides, desert tours, and any other services you may desire. On property laundry facilities, exercise room, vending and video game area. There is world-famous shopping available at several close locations, The Gardens on El Paseo, The River, Outlet Malls, and Westfield Shoppingtown with hundreds of popular shops. You are sure to find all the items you are familiar with, as well as that unique gift.

Recreation/Amusement Facilities - Beautiful refreshing pool and three spas all conveniently located in the center of the property. Two full-sized regulation lighted tennis courts and a fun sports court with basketball, volleyball or a family game of paddleball. There is a putting green and they offer tremendous discounts at several world-class championship golf courses. Close to the Living Desert, Palm Springs Aerial Tramway, Knott's Soak City and Boomers Amusement Park

Rates - Rates vary depending on the season Jan.-June $79-$329, June-Sept. $79-$185 and Sept.-Dec. $125-$185. Also offer long term stay rates and group rates as well. Please contact our sales department to make special arrangements.
 
Principal Meeting Facilities, Equipment and Services

General Comments - Total meeting space 4,033 square feet; five meeting rooms independent of one another, plus a ballroom divisible into two. All meeting rooms are soundproof, individually climate controlled. T-1 phone lines and data ports are in all rooms. Ballroom has motorized screen, PA system with wireless microphones and lavaliers. On-site audio visual equipment: Overhead Projector, Slide Projector, Easels, Televisions and VCR's. Additional equipment available through outside company. All meeting rooms have windows and exterior doors.

Meeting Equipment and Support Services Provided by the Hotel - Basic audio visual equipment available to rent through hotel. LCD projectors available to rent through outside vendor. All meeting arrangements from inquiries to execution and follow-through are handled through one contact, our Sales and Catering Manager.
