Richard Foxx, founder and medical director of The Medical and Skin Spa in Indian Wells, has published his first novel. Spirit Ranch (available as a Kindle download on Amazon.com) tells the story of a former cowboy and sometime soldier of fortune who moves to the desert to create an oasis where he can ride his horse and write.
