About The Cover: The elegant facade of the luxurious new Canyon Club Inn is further glamorized by Rita Baxley (Miss Palm Springs) as she steps from a slick 1966 Chrysler 300. With emphasis on the fall season's swing to the costume look, Miss Baxley wears a Sandra Sage ensemble of sherbet green, from Robinson's in Palm Springs, the coloring echoed in paisley linen shoes by Herbert Levine, from the Joseph Salon. At the entrance to the hotel is Eddie King, host at Canyon Club Inn, looking over the 1966 model Plymouths.
