Ryan White — black belt martial artist, golfer, and certified fitness consultant living in Palm Springs — has released a DVD titled Black Belt Golf: White Belt Lesson.
The DVD includes guided meditations, warm-up, stretches, and “black belt golf moves” that increase stamina and power on the greens. The DVD is available at www.blackbeltgolf.com.
