Manzur Kargar unveiled his new series of slick, advertising-inspired paintings at an opening at Christian Hohmann Fine Art on Saturday, April 10. Born in Kabul, Afghanistan, Kargar moved to Germany at a young age and studied painting in Braunschweig. Bold, provocative, and sexy is the new language of his paintings.
