MY-EXTRA-PAIR is a Homewatch, Home-Check, Concierge/Errand-Running and Problem-Solving service for people away from their Palm Springs homes.

We provide prompt service and rapid response whenever needed.

We not only watch over and check your property but also solve problems if and when they occur, and provide pre-arrival and post-departure support services (e.g. turning the pool heater on before arrival).

We are licensed, bonded and insured.

Prices range from less than $22 (after discounts) to no more than $40 per visit, depending on the frequency and duration of service.

Our goal is to provide you with REASSURANCE and CONVENIENCE.
