At LaBrasserie, those dishes are: the Steamed Mussels Mariniere, which are steamed in white wine with shallots, garlic and thyme and served with brasserie fries; the Oven Roasted Brine Pork Chop served with chipotle mashed potatoes, grilled asparagus and Coachella date chutney; Grilled Steak Frites, which is a prime flat iron steak served with café de Paris butter, brasserie fries and butter lettuce salad or when it is the Winter season, the Boeuf Bourguignon or Sauerkraut, which is the chef’s hometown specialty.

Chef Janin comes from Alsace, France, which is known for some of the best white wines in the world. At LaBrasserie you can find any specialty drink you want at the full bar as well as a wide selection of wine and champagne including Schlumberger, Pinot Gris from Alsace.
