Comedian Mark DiCarlo and his Traveling Diva, wife Yeni, brought their Spotlight Network show, "A Fork on the Road", to the recent Food & Wine Festival Palm Desert to interview a host of celebrity chefs and wine and libation experts.
They spoke to Chicago’s Spritzburger, Gale Gand and the Food Network’s The Hearty Boys, Dan Smith & Steve McDonagh to Los Angeles’ DitmasLA, owner/chef Alex Reznik and from The Cooking Channel, Josh and Brent, the Fabulous Beekman Boys.
From Panama, they tried a hot new chocolate flavored Rum from Salvarey and Kathy Ireland’s Dean of Design, Chef Andre Carthen.
