A Gift-Giving Revival

Site Staff Shopping

Craving Baccarat, but it’s out of your budget? Consider shopping the desert’s top-drawer secondhand stores and combine high style with charitable giving.

Revivals offers locations in Palm Desert, Cathedral City, and San Diego and a significant percent  of the purchase price supports client services at Desert AIDS Project. You can find almost anything you desire (or desire to give) at one of their several stores, including the new Super Revivals at Palm Desert’s Costco Center (72800 Dinah Shore Dr.).

The largest of all the Revivals, this “super” store replaces the location on Highway 111 and offers 20,000 square feet of treasures divided into three sections: The value-priced section offers a full range of pre-loved furniture, clothing and shoes, books, handbags, jewelry, electronics, appliances, house wares, and more (seasoned Revivals shoppers will love the Diva boutique section); the consignment section, with furniture, artwork, fine crystal, china, silver, and other high-end, pre-owned items; and the new merchandise section, which satisfies buyers who want brand-new products at lower prices, including leather sofas, rugs, lamps, artwork, jewelry, watches, handbags, and more.

The Revivals Palm Desert location is also the exclusive dealer in the Coachella Valley for the Michael Amini collection of a new furniture line called “Hollywood Swank,” designed by Jane Seymour.
