Woof, woof, woof, woof. That’s dog speak for “Thank You Contour Dermatology.”

A long-time supporter of the Palm Springs Animal Shelter, Contour Dermatology recently hosted “Beauty and the Beast” to support this compassionate local resource – the only public no-kill animal shelter in the desert. “Beauty and the Beast” – one of Contour’s quarterly Day of Beauty events – featured specials on all of Contour’s most popular procedures.

Together, Contour Dermatology and its patients raised more than $5,000 to benefit the Palm Springs Animal Shelter. Staff and volunteers from the shelter brought six dogs available for adoption, and Spoiled Dog Designs provided fashions for the dogs to wear in a “meet the dogs fashion show.” The Palm Springs Animal Shelter currently has more than 300 animals available for adoption.

Guests also enjoyed live demonstrations and presentations on several cosmetic renewing treatments such as Voluma and Restylane facial fillers, Triniti Plus – a trio of laser procedures to correct color, tighten skin and improve fine lines and wrinkles, along with other non-surgical procedures such as CoolSculpting for fat reduction and Ultherapy, deep ultrasound face and neck lifting treatment.
