D.R. Horton will conduct grand openings for three new communities in Palm Desert – Esperanza and Sonrisa in Spanish Walk, and Expressions at the Gallery – from 10 a.m. to 5 p.m. Jan . 11.
Esperanza and Sonrisa are located inside the Spanish Walk Community located on Gerald Ford Drive at Frank Sinatra Drive. The entrance is on Gerald Ford Drive.
Expressions at the Gallery, located at 35982 Chagall Lane at the corner of Portola Avenue and Gerald Ford Drive. The entrance is off Gerald Ford Drive.
Both Sonrisa and Esperanza are within the master-planned Spanish Walk Community, and offer stylish, affordable, quality homes in new gated communities.
Esperanza homes are two-story, detached condominium townhomes with floor plans ranging from approximately 2,048 square feet to 2,468 square feet.
Sonrisa homes are two-story, detached condominiums with open floor plans from approximately 1,363 square feet to 1,831 square feet.
