Welcome to Il Sogno, the latest addition to the fine dining experiences available on El Paseo, the jewel of the desert.
Located in the midst of the art and jewelry district, Il Sogno was previously located in Pacific Palisades, CA, first opening in 1990. Il Sogno quickly became known for innovative food, breads and pastries.
The Wall Street Journal recognized Il Sogno as one of the top two restaurants in the Los Angeles area for fabulous coffees, cappuccinos and lattes. In addition, beginning in 1996, the national Zagat Survey also honored Il Sogno, rated as one of the top "EXCELLENT" restaurants in the Los Angeles area.
Il Sogno has now brought its concept of "The History of Food" to the desert.
Join us mornings for coffees, pastries and light breakfast items, including breakfast panini sandwiches and smoked salmon specialties.
Lunch and dinner expand our panini specialties to include sliced procuitto, cotto ham, creative salads and featured specialty items. You are welcome to bring your own wine to savor with your meal. Dine on our outdoor patio or in our intimate European Dining Room. We also feature freshly sliced meat and cheese platters with toasted chibatta bread, available all day.
