To celebrate its fifth birthday on Aug. 10, Lulu’s California Bistro will donate 50 percent of all sales to support Desert AIDS Project and continue Dining Out For Life.

Dining Out For Life is an annual dining spring fundraiser that raises money for HIV/AIDS services at Desert AIDS Project.

“Thank you, our wonderful friends and customers, for making LULU California Bistro such a dynamic and delightful place to be,” says Lulu founder Jerry Keller. “We want to help Desert AIDS Project continue the magnificent work they do in the valley.”

Lulu California Bistro first opened its doors on Aug. 22, 2011 and has served its delicious California cuisine to over two and one-half million guests. Owners Barbara and Jerry Keller have made very careful choices in creating “Palm Springs’ hippest restaurant.” And just this spring, Open Table declared Lulu to be “one of the best 100 brunch restaurants in America.”
