Now in its fifth season, the restaurant has garnered a following of devoted guests and The Mobil Travel Guide’s coveted Three-Star rating. Executive Chef/General Manager Brett Maddock takes the menu, the service, and the atmosphere to the next level each season to the delight of longtime patrons and newcomers alike. Arnold Palmer’s Restaurant is a virtual museum of golf, showcasing memorabilia honoring the game in a private club setting. Outdoor dining on the patio is always relaxing and a cozy fire pit has been added where guests can enjoy a fireside beverage or bite to eat. Patrons are greeted each evening with a warm smile by acclaimed restaurant manager Dodi Henry. A legend in the desert, Ms. Henry oversees a top-notch wait staff that provides exceptional service to the guests of Arnold Palmer’s. The menu at Arnold Palmer’s restaurant has something for everyone to enjoy. The steakhouse menu showcases succulent broiler selections. The chef's menu highlights the freshest seasonal delights, and, anytime’s the right time to dive into one of Arnie’s favorite comfort foods from meatloaf to chicken pot pie. Daily menu selections change every night and Chef Maddock is happy to create individual dishes for patrons with dietary restrictions. The restaurant is only place in the world where you can savor Arnold Palmer’s 2005 Reserve Cabernet. Wine Spectator took notice of Arnold Palmer’s impressive wine cellar with over 380 selections assembled by wine steward Bo Moore, and once again gave the restaurant its prestigious Award of Excellence. Arnold Palmer’s Restaurant is open for dinner nightly Sunday through Thursday from 5 to 10 p.m. and Friday and Saturday from 5 to 10:30 p.m. Arnie’s Pub opens at 3 p.m., and features live music nightly by entertainer Kevin Henry. |
