FISHERMAN'S MARKET & GRILL
The Finest Quality Seafood at an Affordable Price

Palm Springs Restaurants - Fisherman's Market & Grill

Fisherman’s Market & Grill, Palm Springs offers great fresh seafood and tasty menus, plus Shanghai Reds late-night oyster bar.

For restaurant owner Louis Pagano, the secret to serving up great seafood is simple — use only the finest quality fish and cook it as simply as possible to let the flavor speak for itself. “I grew up crewing on my father’s fishing boat in San Pedro, and learning to cook and serve seafood in his popular restaurant — Luigi’s. Seafood is something I know very well,” says Pagano with pride.

Providing hungry diners with fresh cooked-to-order seafood and optimum dining value is what keeps customers coming back time and again to three Fisherman’s Market & Grill locations. Each of the popular spots has its own unique ambiance that’s casual yet upscale. Both the Palm Desert and La Quinta locations are conveniently situated in neighborhood shopping plazas with ample parking.

The downtown Palm Springs location also sports a fun and funky cocktail and oyster bar called Shanghai Reds, where the late-night crowd can feast from 5 p.m. until midnight on small plates and appetizers like hand-rubbed spicy lamb chops, Clams Casino, and Oysters Rockefeller while enjoying beer or wines especially selected to complement seafood meals.

Patrons order directly from an efficient counter staff. Food is delivered to the table straight from the open kitchen. Everything is cooked fresh when ordered. If you choose to have your fish fried, the restaurant uses only 100% cholesterol-free canola oil. Otherwise, specialties like swordfish, ahi, halibut, calamari, mahi, and salmon are cooked either by charbroiling or on the Boston Grille.

Repeat customers rave about the flavorful seasonings and consistency of the fresh fish at Fisherman’s Market & Grill. The company assures high quality by owning a commercial fishing operation where the fish is cut and delivered to the restaurants every day.

Louis Pagano and staff greatly miss founding partner Bill Mortz whose untimely death was a huge loss. His efforts in establishing this successful business will not be forgotten.

Open for lunch and dinner daily, Fisherman’s Market & Grill is a tasty stop for premium seafood at affordable prices served in a relaxed atmosphere.
