Palm Springs Restaurants - The Vineyard Tuscan Grill

The elegant new rock façade entrance and courtyard with fountain are very welcoming.

Ciao! Did you know there is a Tuscan Villa right in the heart of Palm Springs, complete with fountains and archways leading to an inviting patio? This upscale trattoria, reminiscent of the picturesque hills surrounding Sienna is the latest creation of the iconic St. James and actress Judith Chapman.

James Offord and Judith Chapman have been celebrity players on the Palm Springs restaurant scene for many years and this new venture with a noted Italian chef is sure to be as successful as their earlier ventures.

The delicious idea was born over a plate of truffled pasta and a handshake when they joined culinary forces with Chef Mario Marfia. Italian-born Mario is well known to the Hollywood elite for his years as top chef at L.A. hotspots Madeo and Robert De Niro’s Ago. His menu inspiration comes from the vineyards and verdant hills of Tuscany, embracing the typical Tuscan flavors of the season.

Guests will find comfort and satisfaction in platters filled high with Grilled Langostinos, the creamiest risottos, Bistecca Alla Fiorintino fit for a king, or the whole Branzino al Forno (Black Bass) baked to perfection. Perennial favorites such as Baby Rack of Lamb and Roasted Chicken with Lemon Herbs grace the menu as well. A great selection of Italian and California wines complement this intriguing menu.

You can trust your every need will be taken care of when you call or just drop by. A passion for food and a passion for service in a tranquil setting assures that the Vineyard Tuscan Grill will be a favorite for mid day or evening dining.

Open all day from 11:30 a.m. for lunch and dinner.
