Italian-born Mario is well known to the Hollywood elite for his years as top chef at L.A. hotspots Madeo and Robert De Niro’s Ago. His menu inspiration comes from the vineyards and verdant hills of Tuscany, embracing the typical Tuscan flavors of the season.
