Believing the answer to that question is yes, Nello Gonfiantini, III, Terry Manley, and Marc Bailes, created The Residence Club at PGA WEST, La Quinta’s first equity residence club.SM Each partner brought ample experience to the vision. Nello Gonfiantini, with 25 years of real estate finance experience, has approved more than $1 billion in real estate loans. Terry Manley, active in real estate development for the past 24 years, serves as president of New West Development. Marc Bailes has created 37 communities in the West, totaling more than $106 million in sales.

Club members receive a deeded 1/9th ownership in a villa. They can stay at the Club anytime they want, subject only to reservation policies.
