Accommodations - The resort has 285 spacious guest rooms, 13 corner suites and 50 fairway condominiums. All hotel accommodations feature built-in refrigerators, radios, hair dryers, coffee makers, iron and ironing board, remote-control TV, computerized safes, alarm clocks, spacious makeup areas, individual climate control, modem hook-ups, balcony or terrace. All rooms feature (Wayport) high-speed internet access and wireless connection.

Principal Meeting Facilities, Equipment and Services
General Comments - The resort offers 22,000 square feet of flexible meeting space, including the 7,400-square-foot Mesquite Ballroom (divisible into two to five sections). The 4,554-square-foot Oleander Ballroom has three breakout rooms seating 150 people each and the four Canyon Suites each accommodate 50 people. There is a total of fourteen meeting rooms and two Hospitality Parlors.
Equipment and Support Services - The hotel has the following equipment and services available: blackboards, easels, cork and flannel boards, pads, installed PA system, portable stages, lecterns with lights, podiums, padded metal stack chairs, pencils, lobby bulletin board, electrician, laborers, A/V operators, notary public, photography/photo shop, plumber, security guards, attendee registration, tours and entertainment.
