Major American Artists: Western, Contemporary, Landscapes, and Wildlife Mountain Trails, El Paseo’s newest and only Western themed- gallery, has opened with a splash. Located next to the Inn on El Paseo, this location is spread between two Spanish-style buildings with a courtyard, fountains, and sculpture garden. Accessed from both El Paseo and the Villages parking lot in the rear, the upstairs and downstairs galleries flow easily into one another with rich earth-tone colors, ochre, and terra cotta walls with a forest green carpet that provide a warm, natural background for the Western as well as contemporary artwork. The upstairs gallery features balconies that overlook El Paseo.
Specializing in oil paintings and bronze sculpture from the up-and coming to the world-renowned, they offer one of the valley’s most extensive and diverse collections. Visitors will enjoy a friendly staff who love discussing the artwork without pressuring a sale. Throughout the winter season, the gallery features an artist reception every Saturday with hors d’oeuvres and cocktails, as well as an artist present to discuss their latest works.
