Ideal daytime temperatures draw some of the nation’s top golf tournaments to the desert. This month, when not penciling in your own tee times, plan your schedule around the Frank Sinatra Starkey Hearing Technologies Celebrity Invitational. The tournament benefiting Barbara Sinatra Children’s Center celebrates its 25th anniversary Feb. 21-23 at Fantasy Springs Resort Casino in Indio.

The morning after Thursday night’s Pairings Party and Silent Auction, the first of two rounds begin at the adjoining Eagle Falls Golf Club. Last year’s teams of four amateurs and a celebrity contestant Tom Flores, Pat Boone, Rollie Fingers, Ron White, Steve Garvey, Kevin Sorbo, and Fernando Valenzuela all teed up for the charity.

Tom Dreesen returns as tournament master of ceremonies, and Barbara Sinatra welcomes World Golf Hall of Fame inductee Ken Venturi as co-host. Off the course, participants can enjoy a post-round fashion show on Friday, followed by dining and entertainment that night. After Saturday’s round, revelers close out the weekend at the black-tie gala dinner featuring Franki Valli.

Admission is free to watch the two days of golf. Information: 760-674-8447; www.franksinatragolf.org
