Saxony Group Fashion Week El Paseo 2015 came to life with the commencement of its 10th Anniversary opening celebration March 21 under The Big White Tent in the heart of the desert’s most illustrious shopping district, El Paseo.
The evening reception played host to excited guests as they arrived on the red carpet ready for their photo op and poised to rub elbows with VIP’s, celebrities, and designers. Well-heeled fashionistas brought their “A” game to the scene, making their own fashion statements in anticipation of a special show featuring the amazing talents of couture designers that have graced the El Paseo runway over the past 10 years.

Trina and Mr. Turk showed off color pops of coral, yellow, and teal in graphic prints, florals, stripes, and solids for both men and women.
Trina Turk and Mr. Turk, purveyors of quintessential Palm Springs resortwear, kicked off the show with a narrated video highlighting the artistry and design inspiration behind the company’s distinctive contemporary aesthetic. Models took to the catwalk in bright hues with color pops of coral, yellow, and teal in graphic prints, florals, stripes, and solids for both men and women.
Kevan Hall Sport takes leisure apparel up a notch.
Kevan Hall presented refinined sportswear with demonstrated precision in tailoring, polished lines, and fluid fabrics, taking leisure apparel up a notch. Hall’s figures highlighted traditional design techniques with attention to detail to produce comfortable, sophisticated looks that easily transition from the tennis court or golf course to a shopping lunch or casual gathering.

Lloyd Klein opened his show with a stunning short red coat, followed up with a series black dresses of varying lengths. The designer’s couture workmanship and classicist timeless approach to design were apparent on the runway with cocktail- and evening-length looks that highlighted sheer fabrics and silhouettes both tailored and flowing. It was a celebration of feminine form and strength.
Eduardo Lucero's outfits hugged and draped his models effortlessly.
Setting a tone of luxury, Eduardo Lucero’s elegant and sometimes ethereal dresses of lace mixed with metallic details, cuffs, and and other details presented striking femme fatales. Gloves, feathers, and corsets pleased the crowed, eliciting claps and whistles as soft fabrics hugged and draped his models effortlessly.
Gilbert Chagoury showed lots of lace, bows, and sheer fabric.
Renowned for his infusion of French and Middle Eastern influences, Gilbert Chagoury once again charmed with his modern take on classic looks. Showing lots of lace, bows, and sheer fabric, Chagoury embraced the “rear-view.” Backless cocktail couture and pretty see-through cutouts gave a provocative but demure hint of skin. Black and blush mingled easily with peach and spring colors to sprinkle the runway like a blooming garden flowers.
Oliver Tolentino's frills, fringe, color, and fabric flair got the crowd going.
Oliver Tolentino won over fans with a series of spectacular ball gowns worthy of the finest royal ball, debutante gala, or tasteful state dinner. The spirited showstopper charmed spectators with his exquisite craftsmanship and detail. His frills, fringe, color, and fabric flair mesmerized.
As the runway finale wrapped up a spectacular start to Fashion Week El Paseo 2015, guests were invited to keep the party going in the adjacent courtyard for a surprise concert given by the Drake Bell Band.
