The Palm Springs BUZZ will be seen on the streets of downtown starting in November after the City Council unanimously approved July 16 the swanky bus to transport residents and visitors around the city.

The bus ride will be free, and will be paid for by funds from Measure J and PS Resorts.

“The PS BUZZ represents the city’s next step in its continued evolution as the premiere resort destination in Southern California,” says Palm Springs Mayor Steve Pougnet. “It will allow residents and visitors alike to move conveniently from our exciting uptown and downtown to the swingin’ south end along with the up and coming north end. There’s no doubt in my mind everyone will be buzzing about the BUZZ.”

The BUZZ will run from the Parker Palm Springs on Highway 111 to Racquet Club Road and travel along Palm Canyonand Indian Canyon drives.

There are three proposed designs. Which one do you like?
