Oct. 30
LGBT Center Concert: 7 p.m.

The LGBT Center of the Desert presents Center Stage, a benefit concert headlined by Frenchie Davis with special guest emcee Alec Mapa at the Palm Springs Convention Center. No host cocktails and silent auction at 5:30 p.m. Admission is $100 or $85 for members. For ticket information, visit www.thecenterps.org or call 760-416-7790.

Nov. 1
Palm Springs Pride Golf Classic: 8 a.m. shotgun start

Drive Fore Equality will use a shotgun start/four-player scramble format. Cost includes green fees, cart fees, breakfast and lunch buffet, contest prizes, and free instructional clinic at 7 a.m. at Tahquitz Creek Golf Resort, 1885 Golf Club Drive, Palm Springs. Broadway in Drag Pageant: 8 p.m.
Kicking off Pride festivities, the Palm Springs Canyon Theater will raise the curtain to a bevy of female impersonators as they are judged on evening gown, talent and swimsuit at the Palm Canyon Theater, 538 N. Palm Canyon Drive, Palm Springs. Admission is $35; $50 VIP Seats/Voter’s Circle. For tickets, call 760-323-5123 or online at www.palmcanyontheatre.org

American Express Presents Stonewall Equality Concert: 6 p.m.
The outdoor concert is free to the public at the Forever Marilyn statue in downtown Palm Springs. Confirmed artists include Irene Soderberg, the Gay Men’s Chorus of Palm Springs and DJ Corey D spinning a retro 80s mix. Other artists making a special appearance are Doug Strahm and Arro Verse. Beverage garden will be open for those 21-and-older, and food will be available for purchase.

Uptown Design District Chill-out:  6-8 p.m.
Palm Springs’ trendiest neighborhood celebrates Pride with late night food, drink, shopping and music. Donations are appreciated. No tickets required. This is a free event at Raymond I Lawrence, 830 N. palm Canyon Drive.

Nov. 1-2
Standing on Ceremony, The Gay Marriage Plays: 8 p.m.

The play returns to the Annenberg Theater at the Palm Springs Art Museum for two performances only. The cast features well-known local celebrities including comedienne Shann Carr, Mona Caywood, Jerome Elliott,  Charles Herrera, Robert Julian and Jeanette Knight. Tickets are available online at www.AnnenbergTheater.org, at the Annenberg Theater Box Office or by calling 760-325-4490. Ticket prices for both performances are $39 and $29 each.

Nov. 2-3
Two-Day Pride Festival: 11 a.m. to 6 p.m.

The Pride festival is held at Palm Springs Stadium, 1901 E. Baristo Road, Palm Springs. Festival highlights include: US Bank Stage, American Express presents the Big Top Cabaret and Palm Springs Gay Rodeo Association Country Dance tent. The festival will feature live performances from queer electro-hop superstars Double Duchess, eclectic musical duo Hi-Fashion, new wave techno-pop band Berlin featuring Terri Nunn, African-American Jewish gay hip-hop artist Y-Love, and X Factor Australia finalist Max Leon. Admission is $15 daily; $25 for a Weekend Pass; $10 daily for seniors (60 and older), Youth 12-18, and Students (19-24 with current student ID). All tickets sold at festival entrance. Nov. 2
13th Annual Front Runners & Walkers Run/Walk: 8 a.m.

5-kilometer run and 5K walk. Course is flat and fast at the Palm Springs High School athletic stadium at Baristo Road and Farrell Way. Participants receive a race T-shirt and goodie bag. Awards will be presented to top male and female finishers in designated age categories. Raffle prizes and refreshments are served after the race. Race day registration starts at 6 a.m. or online registration is available at www.psfr.org or www.racewire.com. A $25 entry for 5K Run and 5K Walk, and $30 entry on race day. Discounted entry is available for students and current members of Palm Springs Front Runners and Walkers.

Complimentary Same-sex Wedding Ceremonies: 10 a.m. to 4 p.m.
Same-sex couples can enjoy a once in a lifetime opportunity to get married at the Forever Marilyn Wedding Garden in downtown Palm Springs. See details at palmspringsgayweddingplanners.com/register. Everyone is invited back at 4:30 p.m. to attend a free giant “I Do” It’s Time Equality Celebration with Emcee Shann Carr.

Hot Wet & Proud Pool Party: Noon to 11 p.m.
Join us for a day of sunshine at the clothing optional weekend pool party featuring live DJ’s, drag show and a nude contest along with a free barbecue and no host cocktails at the CCBC Resort, 68300 Gay Resort Drive, in Cathedral City. American Express Presents OUT PSP Block Party: 6-10:30 p.m.
DJ Josh Peace spins and live performances set the stage for an evening out in Palm Springs. Featured performances include DJ Josh Peace, Canadian alternative rock band The Cliks, YouTube pop sensation Steve Grand, out artist Doug Strahm, singer-dancer Mike Munich and a guest appearance by Ethel Merman. Food and cocktail stations will be available in the unique setting beneath the Forever Marilyn statue. This is a 21- years-and-older event. Admission is free.

American Express Presents Arenas Road Block Party ’13: 6-11 p.m.
This free community event features guest DJs Crystal Pepsi, Sammy Jo, Kid Magik and Lino da Sound Guy along with featured headliners Alex Newell ,the standout star of “Glee,” and pop sensation Meital Dohan. Featured performers are Max Leon from X Factor Australia, Ryan Adames, and Ninja Bety and the Nunchix. This is a 21-years-and-older event. Admission is free.

The Official Ladies’ Party of Palm Springs Pride: 9 p.m. to 2 a.m.
Boudoir Entertainment presents the Official Ladies’ Party of Palm Springs Pride for women who love women at Azul, 369 N. Palm Canyon Drive, in Palm Springs. Featuring DJ Femme A, Ivanna Love, DJ Sugarfree and Lethal Seduction. VIP & bottle service available. Doors open at 9 p.m. Vodka bar until 10 p.m. 21-and-older event. Admission $10 with proceeds benefiting local Pride organizations.

Wang’s in the Desert Pride Dance Party: 10 p.m. to 2 a.m.
Join the star of Logo’s “Big Gay Sketch Show,” DJ Jonny McGovern and his go-go boys for a night of after-hours dancing and good times. Admission is $20. Tickets available online at bit.ly/tixwangs

Nov. 3
American Express Presents Parade VIP Party:8:30 a.m. to 1:30 p.m.

Watch the 19-foot video wall, catch up with old friends and make new ones in the VIP Parade viewing area. Co-host will be talk radio duo Pauly David and Ed "Monks" Marco and Nashville’s favorite drag persona, Suzy Wong aka restauranteur and former Top Chef reality favorite, Arnold Myint.

27th Anniversary Pride Parade: 10 a.m.
More than 50,000 spectators will gather along Palm Canyon Drive. The parade steps off in downtown at West Baristo Road and travels north on Palm Canyon Drive to the Uptown Design District and ending at East Tamarisk Road.

American Express Presents Sunday High Tea: 2-8:30 p.m.
Held at the Forever Marilyn statue in downtown Palm Springs, the music will come from Bear DJ/producer John LaPage, TigerHeat’s DJ Ray Rhodes, DJ Mixtress  and DJ Corey D. Special performance by San Francisco-based pop/dance duo Rowsy Bosch featuring Jeb Havens. Admission $15 in advance until allocation exhausted for this 21-and-older event. “Daytime desert Realness”: 1-6 p.m.
The infamous San Francisco day time drag party returns to the desert at the Alcazar Palm Springs, 622 N. Palm Canyon Drive, featuring Heklina, DJ Stanley Frank, DJ Carnita and DJ L.A. Kendal.
