Tucked away amidst the mountains of Coachella Valley is a quaint historical building, an orange Spanish stucco facade home to the La Quinta Museum.

The building will come alive starting Oct. 10 with "Creativity in La Quinta Take II" featuring 31 Coachella Valley artists hand picked by museum director Anne Phillips.

Award winning watercolor and quilting artist Kathy Dunham gave Palm Springs Life a preview of her work for the upcoming show.

La Quinta Museum hosts a open studio tour of artists from this and 2012's successful "Creativity in La Quinta Cove" shows Nov. 24.
