This vibrant country club community in La Quinta hosted a reception in December for a select group of the desert’s top Realtors to showcase its many new construction projects for 2014. The Realtors were also there to celebrate the success of 44 home sales in 2103 to date – thanks in great part to Realtor cooperation.
Guests enjoyed an impressive spread of hors d’ oeuvres and drinks in the newly expanded Tapas indoor-outdoor dining court, followed by dessert in three new model homes styled by internationally renowned interior designers Barclay Butera and Beth Ann Shepherd. Both were on hand to offer personal tours of the new models sporting fresh, colorful designs that reflect Andalusia’s younger, “desert cool” image.
In addition to the Tapas dining court and new model homes, Andalusia announced the upcoming construction of 10 newly designed homes in the 4,000 to 5,000 square foot range.
Even with the flurry of recent sales, there are still 14 completed homes currently available priced from the mid-$900s to $1.2 million.
Andalusia also recently broke ground on its new 15,500-square-foot golf clubhouse, which is slated to open in 2015 to complement the community’s Rees Jones-designed golf course.
