"Wow"… "Spectacular"… "Just gorgeous"…"A fresh approach"… "Very unexpected for the desert."

These are just a few remarks the desert’s top Realtors had to say as they toured three new designer homes at a recent preview reception at Andalusia at Coral Mountain

The new home plans – Coralstone, Greystone and Santa Rosa – are the three largest homes in Andalusia’s collection ranging from 4,184 to 5,131 square feet. Andalusia also has three all-new plans ranging from 3,280 to 3,612 square feet.

Home prices are from $1.4 to $2 million and include impressive standard features, including a custom-designed pool and spa, plus extensive covered and open patios.

Over the past two seasons, Andalusia at Coral Mountain sold 80 homes which depleted the community’s existing inventory. Currently, 41 new homes are under construction at this private country club community in La Quinta, most of which will be ready for move in this fall. Nearly 20 homes completed earlier this year were sold prior to the reception. Additionally, there are three larger homes are available for immediate occupancy.

The interiors of the new homes feature transitional architectural modifications showcasing clean, crisp lines that complement the traditional Spanish architecture and represent the evolution of desert design.

The Coralstone and Greystone interiors were created by Barclay Butera, the celebrated interior designer from Newport Beach, who delights in "bringing the coast to the desert" in a light, bright and texturally layered look.”

Acclaimed Interior Designer Irma Shaw and her design team from San Diego designed the Santa Rosa interiors starting with a crisp white palette to serve as a backdrop for iconic, mid-century and Danish modern elements that accent the classic architecture and stunning views.

"We asked the designers to show us 'tomorrow,' not to just give us another version of 'yesterday,'" said Andalusia Vice President of Sales & Marketing John Calhoun. "And they knocked it out of the park."

One of the most remarkable features of the new Andalusia homes is the vanishing 12-foot tall sliding glass doors – truly providing seamless indoor/outdoor living. Prospective homebuyers are encouraged to tour the new homes soon to see these fresh, extremely original approaches to why Andalusia is called The Desert's Coolest Place to Live®.
