A distinctive new hotel complex with butterfly roofs, CorTen steel siding, and clerestory windows has made its fashion statement in the Uptown Design District in Palm Springs.
Arrive is a uniquely furnished 32-room hotel with striking, clean lines to pay tribute to Palm Springs' legacy of modernism. Sixteen of the rooms feature private patios with fireplaces. The clerestory windows flood the rooms with natural light and provide stunning views of surrounding mountains and palms.
First surprise! The fully-stocked minibar is priced just like a nearby convenience store.

The bar doubles as a means to register at the hotel.
The spectacular central pool area offers private cabanas, communal fire pits, an oversized spa and a bocce court and games area. Overlooking that is Reservoir, an open-air poolside restaurant and bar featuring all-day dining and modern Southern California cuisine.
Second surprise! There is no front desk. Guests check in at the bar and all hotel and concierge services are available via text messages. Have a question? Go to any staff member. They are all empowered to help you with any request you have.

The nearly block-long property will also be home to shops, a Customs Coffee outlet featuring local coffee roaster, Joshua Tree Coffee, an ice cream shoppe offering artisanal ice cream desserts, and in the future a range of adjacent food-service offerings, including a craft beer and pizza restaurant, and a nearby sushi and whiskey bar across the street on Palm Canyon.
Small dogs are welcome with a one time $50 cleaning charge. There is free valet and self parking for hotel guests.
