The clever, magical, and glamorous felines are back at the Palm Canyon Theatre as Cats opens the 2015-2016 season. The show runs Oct. 2 through Oct. 11.

Based on T.S. Eliot’s whimsical collection of poems, Old Possum’s Book of Practical Cats, the musical production of Cats brings together a tribe of Jellicle Cats on a moonlit evening, who must make the “Jellicle choice” to decide which of them will ascend to the mysterious Heaviside Layer to be reborn.

Featuring such celebrated songs as “Memory,” “Old Deuteronomy,” and "Mr. Mistoffelees," Cats is an international phenomenon running for 21 years in London and 18 years on Broadway, with a recently announced return to the Great White Way.

Show times for all productions are Thursdays at 7 p.m.; Fridays and Saturdays at 8 p.m.; and Sunday matinees at 2 p.m. Tickets are $36 for general admission and $32 for seniors. Season ticket packages are also available.
