The builder, GHA Companies, describes the homes’ architecture as “Palm Springs urban contemporary” and the interiors were inspired by the desert lifestyle. “The goal and vision were to change the narrative of interior design, as well as capitalize on the prime location and mountain views, with high-level sophisticated interiors, open floor plans for private lifestyle living with direct access to private decks and yards with pools — all perfect for entertaining or private living,” says Mario Gonzales, president/CEO of GHA Companies, the largest privately owned homebuilding company in the Coachella Valley.

There are three floor plans to choose from: Plans 2 and 3 have two master suites, 2.5 bathrooms, and a loft study — in 2,264 and 2,277 square feet, respectively —with the option of adding a 200-square-foot third suite and a private deck. Plan 1 is the largest at 2,589 square feet and it’s laid out with three bedrooms and 3.5 bedrooms.

Plan 2 has two master suites, 2.5 bathrooms, and a loft study in 2,264 square feet, with the option of adding a 200-square-foot third suite and a private deck.

The ensuites in all of the homes will feature floor-to-ceiling tile in large, walk-in showers with hand-held shower heads and a rain shower head; linear floor drains; floating acrylic cabinets with lighting; quartz countertops; Toto dual-flush toilets; Aquabrass Alpha plumbing fixtures; and linen storage.
