4 Saints / Rowan 4th Anniversary Dinner at Kimpton The Rowan Palm Springs
4 Saints is hosting a special Dinner Under the Stars event on Nov. 17 in celebration of The Rowan Palm Springs’ 4th anniversary. The elevated, al fresco dining experience will take place on the rooftop (similar to last year’s Dinner Under the Stars series) and feature a four-course, prix fixe menu by Executive Chef Ysaac Ramirez.
Menu highlights include a Buttermilk Biscuit with pimento cheese mousse, chives and prosciutto; Persimmon Carpaccio with mint buttermilk, furikake, cured egg yolk and hazelnuts; and Flannery Strip with poblano, nogada, nira chive and pomegranate.
