Demetri Martin: The Joke Machine

Quirky stand-up comedian Demetri Martin brings his latest tour to the McCallum Theatre in Palm Desert. Known for his deadpan delivery, satirical cartoons (which he draws live onstage), and playing his guitar, Martin was a writer on The Daily Show and Late Night With Conan O’Brien. Before going full-speed as a stand-up, he attended law school — though he was admitted to Harvard Law School, he chose New York University’s program because he received a full scholarship.
