Palm Springs Self-Driving Tours
The Palm Springs Windmill Tours re-opened with new Self-Driving Tours. The self-driving tours are designed to be safe, fun and educational for the entire family, while practicing safe social distancing requirements.
Features and benefits of Self-Driving Tours include:
Customers will arrive in their own automobile, check in electronically and then engage in a self-driving tour curated by audio with video stopping at ten points of interest identified by clearly visible markers. You are encourage to exit the car at the markers but allow safe social distancing. The audio/video tour is sent along with an email confirmation after booking with options to view online, or just listen to a podcast in audio format on a sanitized tablet. The tour takes approximately 1 hour depending on your pace.

From Interstate 10 Take the Indian Avenue exit (Exit 120), go north and just over the bridge and then immediately turn left onto 20th Avenue and continue (past Motel 6) along the service road heading west. Within one mile you will see our green tour headquarters building on the right.
From Palm Springs Heading north on N. Indian Canyon Drive, cross over the freeway and then immediately turn left onto 20th Avenue and continue (past Motel 6) along the service road heading west. Within one mile you will see our green tour headquarters building on the right.
