WHAT IS WALKING AEROBICS? Walking aerobics is a low impact and simple to do exercise routine. It is comprised of 4 basic easy to do steps. We will do 2 minutes of warm up Then 25 minutes of aerobic exercise using the basic 4 steps. We will finish with a cool down and stretch. In other words, Walking Aerobics is a great way to start your day on the right foot!
