After 30 years of parking the cars of L.A.’s A-list, Maureen Sullivan has expanded The Valettes to the desert. Operating primarily with women valets in pink tuxedo or polo shirts, The Valettes offers another special touch: presenting roses to guests as they await their cars. Sullivan’s first job in Palm Desert, where she now resides, was for a 90th birthday party at Villa Portofino.
