Benjamin Sullivan, owner of KBC in Palm Desert, hosted an unforgettable special chefs reception March 21 with bites and sips.
Engin Onural, executive chef/owner of The Venue Sushi Bar and Sake Lounge in Palm Desert and Sandfish Sushi & Whiskey in Palm Springs, and Andrew Copley, executive chef/owner of Copley’s on Palm Canyon in Palm Springs and AC3 Restaurant in Palm Desert, prepared the succulent menu.
Guests mingled with some of Coachella Valley’s premier chefs and also experienced a live demonstration by special celebrity guest Gale Gand, a James Beard award-winning chef and cookbook author.
