CHEF DEMONSTRATIONS: Local chefs are required to bring their own ingredients for your demonstration and enough product to sample 100 guests. We are providing basic pots and pans. Please also bring your own utensils, knives, and any special tools that you will need.

Suggestion for a successful demonstration: The item you prepare should be from your menu in order that guests can come into your restaurant and order it.
