Even people who are not avid golfers are familiar with PGA WEST in La Quinta as the home of the Humana Challenge golf tournament.

The largest of the one-and two-story detached homes, The Estates have been designed in four floor plans that range from 2,528 square feet to 3,479 square feet.

The three neighborhoods will be comprised of The Villas, 100 one- and two-story attached condominiums ranging in size from 1,446 square feet (2 bedrooms, 2 baths) to 2,295 square feet (3 bedrooms, 3.5 baths); The Haciendas, 66 one- and two-story detached homes from 1,941 square feet (2 bedrooms, 2.5 baths) to 2,429 square feet (3 bedrooms, 3.5 baths); and The Estates, 64 one and two-story detached homes from 2,528 square feet (2 bedrooms, plus casita, and 3.5 baths) to 3,479 square feet (4 bedrooms, 4.5 baths).
The Haciendas feature four floor plans from 1,941 square feet to 2,429 square feet.
Thorne says he believes a wide range of buyers will be attracted to the community.
