Chunky, pewter beaded necklaces and bracelets accented the elegant fashions created from folded, cut, and pleated fabrics by Fashion Week El Paseo marquee designer Juan Carlos Obando. The diffused light and fog on the runway created an emotional environment that held the capacity crowd enraptured.
