Can I place an order over the phone?

Can I pick up my purchased items in person, if I am local?

Yes. Please call us Monday – Friday 8:30am-4:30pm PST to schedule a pick up.

How do I exchange or return an item?

All sales are final.

My order arrived damaged, incorrect or incomplete. What should I do?

Please send photos of damaged or incorrect item(s) to shop@plamspringslife.com within 10 days of receiving your order. This not only allows verifying issue but also helping us understand what went wrong and how we can prevent it from happening in the future.  After receiving the photos, we will email you a return label so items can be shipped back to us. As soon as your return is received, we will ship you a replacement.
